Thank you for interest in the 3nd Annual "Run for Faith." My younger sister, Faith, was diagnosed with PNES (Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizure) disorder in early 2014. The battle for finding a diagnosis and treatment has been exhausting. My family and I could tell you all about the different doctors appointments and tests she has gone through, but our goal with this walk/run is to bring awareness of PNES to the world, and to teach individuals what safely to do when you see someone having a seizure. You don't have to be a marathon runner, or a runner of any kind to sign up. Your goal should be to finish! There's so many things in life that should not be taken for granted, and often times we don't know what that's like until something we love doing is taken away from us. Come out and support awareness for Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures!!
