Z Mud Run is a challenging 5K run with hills, tires, obstacles, water crossings, walls, ropes, and MUD....This is the dirtiest fun you will have either as a couple team or individual.

There is even a Z Mini Mud Run for children ages 5-11, they too can swing, crawl and run through the Z Mini Mud!!
