Description

GFD Fit For Duty 5K allows participants to run or walk through family neighborhoods enjoying a flat, fast race course.  The course begins at the brand new Greenwich Fire House, going out and back with no hills, and ending back at the firehouse house with food, music, and prizes. Course is well marked with a water station at mile 1.5.
