Keene Valley Fire Department 3rd Annual Remembrance Run/Walk

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

This event was created to commemorate those that we lost, those that stepped up, and those that continue to fight on and after the events of September 11^th 2001. We also created this event so that the people of the community and surrounding areas could dedicate the day to someone in their lives that is their hero in any way. Everyone picks someone they are running in honor of, or in remembrance of, and design their shirts for them. After the race we have homemade food and a raffle. This is a trail and pavement course. Food, t-shirt, raffle, and medal are all included in the registration fee.

Event details and schedule

Race time: 10am

Start Location: Marcy Field

End Location: Keene Valley Fire Department (there will be a shuttle bus back to marcy field parking area)

Packet Pickup Options: Saturday September 10th 5p-7p at the Keene Valley Fire Department

OR 8:30a-9:30a Sunday September 11th at the Marcy field house (start line)

Parking: Parking will be marked at Marcy Field - look for signs. There will be a shuttle bus to take you from the finish back to the start parking area.
