SOFY 5K Color Run & Kid's Color Dash 2016

• 5K Color Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• Kids Color Dash:- Fun Run

 - Our 2nd Annual 5K Color Run & Kids Color Dash. This Y community event will benefit our Capital Campaign and facility expansion. BBQ is included for all paid participants and is also available to non-participants for a fee of $10 for ages 12 & up, $7 for children 11 and under, FREE for children 4 & under.  For the Kids Color Dash, (Ages 3-12), please have them wear a white shirt. There will be medals for the 1st,2nd, & 3rd place winners in age groups, local vendors, games for kids, music, raffles and more! We greatly appreciate you coming out to support our Y and the community.  

Online registration will close on 7/14/15 at 12:00am.  After this date you must register in person at the South Orange Family YMCA Welcome Center.

Event details and schedule

5K Race starts @ 9:00am and the Kids Color Run begins at 10:00am.  Parking is available @ the Y as well as the commuter parking lot. The race stars on O&R road and leads onto the Heritage Trail, around the Monroe Ponds, then back to the field. BBQ to follow @ 10:30am. Wear comfortable clothes, sneakers, (goggles & bandana optional), and have fun!

Pre-registration/#pick up, Friday 5-7pm and again Saturday  @ 8:00am.
