Hey I Know You 5K & 1/2 Mile Kids Run

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

Help us raise funds for the Ben Yorgey Foundation to benefit graduating high school students with intellectual disabilities in the Lehigh Valley and join us for the Annual Hey I Know You 5K and 1/2 Mile Kids' Run.  This wheel measured course through the park and into the surrounding countryside is flat and fast so come out, set a personal record and stay for the other festivities.  The complete Ben Event schedule of events can be found at www.heyiknowyou.org.

Cash Prizes & Age Bracket Awards

**Must be present to receive awards and door prizes.**

Only those registered by June 30th will be guaranteed a T-Shirt.

Bathrooms available, post-race food, water stops on course, first aid, music and lots of door prizes.

Please NO strollers, headphones or running with pets. 

The road portion of the course will only be open for 40 minutes. If you must walk the whole course, please sign up for the Fun Walk. See www.HeyIKnowYou.org for additional information on the Fun Walk.

Event details and schedule

5K: 

• Race starts at 8:30 AM
• Entry Fee: $20 (Early Registration), $25 (After June 30th)

1/2 Mile Kids' Run (Ages 12 & Under): 

• Race starts at 9:20 AM
•  Entry Fee: $10 (Early or day of, however, only Early Registrations recieved by June 30th include event t-shirt)

Kids’ Fun Dash (Ages 5 & Under):

• Immediately following 1/2 Mile Kids’ Run
• $5 Donation per family
• Sign up on race day

5K & 1/2 Mile Kids Run Packet Pick Up:  Friday, July 15th from 5:30-7:00PM at Memorial Hall in Macungie Park or on Race Day (July 16th, beginning at 7AM).

Same Day Registrations: Beginning at 7AM at Memorial Hall in Macungie Park.
