7:45 - 8:45 AM Packet Pickup at Rotary Park (1001 N. Broadway St. Johnson City, TN)

9:00 AM 5k Start

Awards ceremony and door prizes will be after the conclusion of the race.

**If you are unable to attend the awards ceremony, the top three individual and team awards (overall and age group) may be picked up at the office of Rise Up! (1500 E. Millard St. Johnson City, TN 37601)
