What's the Splash Dash?

IT'S A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
• A 5K RACE
• A WATER BALLOON FIGHT
• AN ARMY OF WATER GUN-TOTING VOLUNTEERS

ADD THAT UP AND YOU GET THE MOST WET AND WILD SUMMER RACE ON THE PLANET!

Runners will begin the SPLASH DASH just like any other race but that's where the similarities stop. Along the course you will encounter splash station after splash station that will get you wetter than an otter's pocket. Because each Splash Dash 5K location is individually owned and operated every race is unique but one thing remains the same-- you won't escape dry. Past SPLASH DASH events have included our water gun gangs that shoot you until you are dripping wet, fire hoses,enourmous showers that spray you from every direction, our water balloon brigades that launch hundreds of water balloons as you run by, and much more. Join us for summer's hottest party, the SPLASH DASH BASH, after your 5K or 1K Fun Run. Enjoy great music from the DJ and icy summer treats to keep you cool. Zorb Balls, Dancers, Zip Lines, Face Painting...you never know what awesomeness you'll find at the SPLASH DASH BASH! Prizes will be awarded to the first male, female and child who cross the finish line. Calling all frogs,fireman and fairies...don't miss out on the costume contest. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume in 3 categories- Adult Costume, Child Costume, & Group Costume. Whether you are a kid or kid at heart the Splash Dash is guaranteed to be a blast!

Are you OCD about H20 but not into running? Volunteer at our race where helping out is just as entertaining as participating. Where else do you get the opportunity to splash perfect strangers?!
