During this 12 week program, cancer survivors are supported by trained Y instructors that guide you safely to achieve your goals by helping build strength, increase flexibility and endurance, while improving confidence and self-esteem.  By focusing on the whole person and not the disease, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is helping people move beyond cancer in spirit, mind and body.
