The Armed Forces Challenge 5k and Wellness Expo is an event created by the Health Promotion Office of the Oregon Army National Guard. Its purpose is to facilitate the health and wellness of the Soldiers and Families of the Oregon National Guard through activities and education. This event will provide an opportunity for fun, competition, and learning about resources that are available in the community. This 5k and Wellness Expo is made possible by the Service Member and Family Support division of the Oregon National Guard. May is Military Spouse Appreciation Month and all Military members (veterans and active duty) and thier families can register for FREE! Community Members (18 years+) not affiliated with a branch of service but would like to participate are asked to pay a $15 fee.

Please Note: Proceeds from the event will benefit the Oregon National Guard Association Scholarship Fund
