2016 Univera Serve First 5K Run/Walk:
Benefitting children and families of F.I.S.H food banks. 100% registration fee goes to F.I.S.H. Kid's fun run starts at 8:30 am. 5K at 9 am.
Last year we provided 81,611 meals for F.I.S.H help us double that this year!
Rainiers mascot Rhubarb, Miss Washington and Senator Bruce Dammaier will be our VIP medal presentors and in our selfie photo booth.
Free t-shirts (mirofiber) to all registering before April 15th. 2016
KIds are welcome to join in the fun. 100 yd dash (6 years and under) and 1/2 mile dash (12 and under). Kids race will take place at 5 k start line.

- Take route 95 (128) to exit 18 (Great Plain Ave.)
- Turn onto Great Plain ave toward Needham
- Turn LEFT onto Harris Ave. (at Hazel's Bakery)
- Proceede toward Pollard School (200 Harris Ave.)
- Park in parking lot or adjacent streets (n
Packet pick up will take place at Owen Beach , next to parking lot. 5K race will start up the hill, through the forest (pawed road with no cars) with a view over puget sound. Ending up down at the Owen Beach location. Mild incline on route.

Directions
Follow the Univera Serve First signs from the Pt. Defiance park entrence all the way through the park down until you reach the Owen Beach area. Park and pick up pack in the Owen Beach area.
