Mount Carmel invites you to help celebrate the opening of MC Fitness & Health by joining us on Sunday, September 25th at their brand new integrated health and fitness facility in Lewis Center for a 5K run (or walk) or a more casual 1 mile walk. It’s your chance to not only get in a great workout, but also see this incredible new facility.  With a fitness center, health services and an emergency department, MC Fitness & Health offers everything you need to get and stay healthy – all in one place. So dust off your running shoes and plan on joining us for a morning of fun and exercise.

The MC Fitness & Health 5K will be held at MC Fitness & Health at 7100 Graphics Way in Lewis Center. The event will feature your choice of a 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk or a more casual 1-mile family fitness walk. All participants will receive a great-looking technical t-shirt, a handsome finish medal, plus post-race food and drinks. After the event you are welcome to take a look inside the brand new 50,000-square-foot fitness center, which offers the very latest in fitness equipment and programs, and talk with members of their certified training staff.
