Trail Blazer Run

• 1.5 Family Fun Hike:- 1.5 Miles

On Thursday, June 16th, people from all over the region will come together for a summer evening of fun and exercise. This promises to be a great way to kick off the summer and a wonderful way to support East Bradford Township’s trail program. 

Participants will experience exclusive access to Paradise Farm Camp’s beautiful and challenging trail network, which traverses 600 acres of scenic natural resources.  Timing will be provided by Run the Day. Registration begins at 5:00 pm and the race will start at 6:30 pm. For those who prefer not to run, an equally challenging, but enjoyable, 1.5 mile walk will follow the run.

 Victory Brewing Company is sponsoring a post-race party during which all participants will receive a complimentary beer (root beer for minors).  Food will be available for purchase.

 All participants who register by May 31 are guaranteed a technical T-shirt (later entries will receive a shirt while supplies last). Shirts will not be mailed.

 Age divisions for the 5 mile trail run are 6-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.  Age is determined the day of the race.  Runners under 18 need a guardian present at the event.  Gift certificates will be provided for the 1st overall male and female along with a unique plaque.  Awards will be given for the top 3 finishers in all age groups, male and female. In recognition of the event’s 5th year, 5th place prizes also will be awarded. Prizes will not be mailed.

 Individual registration is $25 until June 15 and $30 on race day.  Fixed team/family registrations are available for $50 (max. 4 participants).  Open team registration is available.  Entrants should register on line at www.runtheday.com/race/trailblazerrun2016.   The Trail Blazer Run will be held rain or shine and fees are not refundable.
