Peggy's Run

• Peggy's Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Peggy's Run is an annual event held at Belvidere High School to raise money for the Peggy Zetterstrom Memorial Music Scholarship given to seniors who participated in the music program at Belvidere High School. Peggy Zetterstrom was the wife of the instrumental director at Belvidere, who died at a young age of breast cancer. The race is held rain or shine.

The course is primarily on school grounds.

Route 80 east or west to exit 12. Go south on Route 519 and go about 7 miles-go through the traffic light (Quick Chek on the right)-this is Route 46-go about 1 mile to the blinking light and turn right. The school is about 1 mile on the right.
