Description
- The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1999, hosts this event annually as part of our mission to save lives by fighting tirelessly to prevent and cure ovarian cancer, and to improve the quality of life for survivors. There is currently no early detection test for ovarian cancer. Until there is a test, the key to early diagnosis and survival is awareness and education. This event is the largest awareness and fundraising event of the NOCC and increases awareness, honors those affected by ovarian cancer, and raises funds to support the NOCC's many local and national programs.
