2016 Get Ready! Get Set! Get Fit! 5K Run-Walk and 1 Mile Walk For All Ages:

The 5K race is professionally managed by Charm City Run (www.charmcityrun.com). It attracts participants of all ages who run or walk. First 1,200 registered guaranteed to receive a complimentary long-sleeve T-shirt. (Size not guaranteed.) There is water on the course and post race refreshments.

Medals will go to the fastest three male and female 5K finishers overall; top three male and female overall in all age categories. Completion ribbons go to 1 mile fun walkers, young and old, and the 1 mile Kids Fun Race.  Door Prizes include a $500 Fitness pays Grand Prize and trophies go to largest team, and most money raised by an individual and by a team. Must be present to win.
