Description: Please join us in the Inaugural VAL STRONG 1 Mile Walk and 5k Run. For those of you who are not lucky enough to have met Val, she is the reason we will be joining together on this day to walk, run, and raise funds for her medical expenses as she recovers from a stroke she suffered on October 21, 2015. For those of us who know and love our good friend and colleague, she needs us more than ever now! Let’s come together on this day, have fun, walk, run, and raise $ for her ongoing recovery of the stroke she suffered. VAL WILL GET BETTER with our help, love, encouragement, and support. We hope you can join us for this event, and if you can’t make it please consider joining us for a virtual walk, run, or a donation.

Packet Pickup is Race Day Reg ONLY: Opens at 8:30AM on race morning at Rapscallion Table & Tap, 5 Strawberry Hill Road, Acton, MA
Registration Fees:
- 1m: $20
- 5k: $25
- Team Val (Family & Friends): $30
- Team Aspect (Aspect Employees): $35
- Virtual Walk or Run: $20
Swag: All participants will receive a soft poly cotton event t-shirt
Awards: Overall Top 3 Male/Female Finishers
Post Event Party: Everyone is invited and encouraged to stick around after the run/walk at Rapscallion Table & Tap who have generously offered their outdoor venue. We will have kegs on tap, small bites for purchase, and entertainment that will all benefit Val’s Fundraiser. Bring your kids, spouses, and friends to enjoy this special gathering for such a great person and friend to so many people.
