McLennan Animal Rescue Coalition (MARC) is a totally awesome, all-volunteer,501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization located in Waco, TX whose Mission is to reduce the killing of our community's animals through proven life-saving programs, advocacy and education with the ultimate goal of achieving a No Kill community. MARC is a proud partner of the Waco Animal Alliance and focuses solely on rescuing death-row pets from Waco's City Shelter. All registration proceeds from the 2016 Barkin' River Run go directly to MARC's Medical Account, an account used 100% for the care of MARC's rescued pets. Your registration helps ensure MARC can continue helping our community's most at-risk animals. See you there!
