Legacy 5K

• Legacy 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

 - A family friendly 5K run/walk will start off the day, celebrating the first anniversary opening of the Crossing Rivers Health Medical Center on Saturday, June 25th, 2016.

Advanced registration for the run/walk is requested. A commemorative t-shirt is available with paid advanced registration fee of $10. Deadline to receive a t-shirt is June 10th. Kids ages 5 & under receive a free t-shirt with paid adult registration. Participants may also register the day of the race between 7-7:45 a.m. at the race starting location.

The run/walk will begin at the former hospital property, 705 East Taylor Street in Prairie du Chien, and travel 3.2 miles to the new medical center property, via a predetermined, police monitored route. Parking is available in the Prairie du Chien High School North parking lot.  

Return transportation will be available back to the Prairie du Chien High School North parking lot, after the completion of the run/walk, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Families are encouraged to participate and leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome.

Following the Legacy 5K Run/Walk, a health and wellness fair will be held at the Crossing Rivers Health Medical Center & Clinic. The event will include a Teddy Bear Clinic, Mighty Machines- Healthcare Heroes display, cooking demonstrations, self-guided tours and much more! Learn more at http://www.crossingrivers.org/
