Why run a course in the city when you can run two of the fastest Rocky
Mountain courses in beautiful Summit County! The Half Marathon is 75%
downhill and the Ten Mile Creek 10K is 100% downhill. Both start across
from Copper Mountain and finish on Main Street Frisco!!! Run the Rockies
is one of the oldest running events in Colorado!!!
Schedule of Events16:45 am Day of event registration/packet pick-up begins at Frisco Recreation Building, 3rd and Main
7:00-8:05 am Bus Transportation to the Start at Ten Mile Creek Bike
Path, Hwy 91 and I-70 (across from Copper Mountain Resort). There is a
STARBUCKS is located at the START-NO TRANSPORTATION AT CONCLUSION OF
RACE BACK TO THE START
8:30 am Start of 10K & Half Marathon
PLEASE NOTE, the course closes at 11:45 am and timing will cease.Awards2Age Group Awards:
Top 3 male/female in the 10K & Half Marathon as follows: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
1st place winners receive a pair of Salomon shoe's. An awards table
will be available for age group winners to receive their awards
immediately after the results are posted.

available Saturday, 6:45-8 am at the Frisco Recreation Building, 3rd
& Main. A late registration fee of $5/person will be added at this

online, ALL registration will be available for pick-up day of event,
Saturday, 6:45-8 am at the Frisco Recreation Building, 3rd & MainBus
Transportation5Buses will leave promptly from the Frisco Recreation
Building beginning at 7 am to take you to the start. The last bus
leaves at 8:05 am. There is NO transportation from the finish back to
the start at the conclusion of the race.Entry Fee Includes6Registration
fees ($25/10K, $35/Half Marathon) include entry into the event, great
refreshments, a specially designed T-shirt, bus transportation to the
start. A late fee of $5/person will be added the day of the event.
