Keep your Girl Scouts active this summer with Girls Run the ROC!

Girls Run the ROC is a collaboration with Fleet Feet Sports and Girl Scouts of Western New York, Inc. to introduce Girl Scouts to health and fitness, teach them to set goals, and empower them to make positive changes in their own lives! Through this 8-week Healthy Living program, girls will Discover, Connect, and Take Action!

 Each 8-week Girls Run the ROC program includes:
· Detailed training program - Week of June 19th Training Begins!
· Kick-off Celebration, Training Handout, and Special Shopping Night  - Monday, June 13th from 6PM to 8PM
· Entry to the Women Run the ROC 5K or Kids Run Wild 1 Mile Race - Saturday, August 13th Race Day at 8AM!
· Girls Run the ROC program t-shirt
· Badge presentation at the Women Run the ROC 5K Awards Ceremony 

Three Program Options:

• Daisies Fun Run: A fun and easy training program to get Daisies ready to run a 1 mile race and earn a fun patch! Cost: $20 per girl.
• 
  Athlete Legacy Badge: Designed for Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors. Programs include a training plan and Leader Guide that will prepare the Girl Scouts to complete the Women Run the ROC 5K and satisfy the requirements for the Athlete Legacy Badge. This is designed for girls who have not yet completed this program at their current Girl Scout level. Cost: $36 per girl.
• 
  5K: Designed for girls who completed the Athlete Legacy Badge program last year and have not yet bridged up to the next level in Girl Scouting. The program includes a training plan that will prepare the Girl Scouts to complete the Women Run the ROC 5K. Participants will receive a fun patch! Cost: $30 per girl.
