A fun 5k run on the Rockford University Cross Country Course prior to the annual Chuck Wallin Invitational hosted by Rockford East High School. Open to everyone with special invitation to Rockford East Alumni, followed by the Middle School Mile open to all current middle school students. Free entry to the Middle School Mile.
