Southwest Minnesota Windy City Duathlon

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• Sprint Duathlon:- Run 3.1 Miles, Bike 20 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles

 - The Duathlon starts bright and early at 7 AM with a 5K run, transitions to a 20 mile bike ride through the outskirts of Marshall and Lynd, and then transitions to the big finish with another 5K run.  The event is chip-timed.  

NEW THIS YEAR--5K RACE ONLY! Registration for the 5K can be found as an option under the individual registration menu.
 
All Duathlon Individual and Relay participants will receive an Under Armour 1/4 zip, long-sleeved tech shirt & medal.  Relay teams of 2 or 3 participants are allowed as well, to complete the challenge. All participants completing the bike portion of this event MUST WEAR A HELMET--NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Participants in the 5K race only, will receive a short sleeved Under Armour tech shirt.

The registration deadline for a guaranteed Under Armour shirt is Friday, June 24th. Shirts are not guaranteed after that date, and no additional shirts will be ordered. Shirt sizes are the responsibility of the registrant. No additional shirts will be ordered.
