Active Heroes Hike, Bike, Run, Hillview 5k

• Active Heroes Hike, Bike, Run, Hillview 5k:- Trail Run 3.1 Miles

 - Active Heroes, a 501c3 charity welcomes you to join us in Hillview for a 5k hike, bike, run. We will begin at KentuckyOne Health on 1903 W Hebron Lane. Registration and bib pick-up will begin at 7:30 a.m., the event begins promtly at 9 a.m. 

After the event starting around 11 a.m. there will be a family friendly after party with speakers, music, food, and activities for kids - including a water balloon fight! 

Active Heroes events such as the 5k build camaraderie, wellness, morale and connects military families with supporters and their local community. 

Everyday, 22 veterans their own lives and Active Heroes is working towards reducing these numbers with these programs: free optional national activities, national resources and peer mentors, the Active Heroes Retreat Center and the Active Heroes Community Center where free activities help to heal post traumatic stress disorder.

Register until August 16th to receive the early bird special of $25. After August 16th, the price to register for the event is $35. With registration receive a free event t-shirt. 

Above all, Active Heroes' events are extremely fun and the entire family can join.
