Ride, Run or Walk

Join Folks on Spokes and Folks on Foot to raise awareness and funds. and show support for people on their road to recovery from the challenges of a mental illness or addiction.Cyclists of all levels enjoy the scenic, mapped routes around the Connecticut shoreline. Distances are  20, 40, 50 & 66-mile (Metric Century) or a 5 or 10 Mile Family Fun Ride

All riders must wear a bicycle helmet and follow safe cycling practices throughout their ride

The 5K course follows the Milford shoreline from the harbor to Fort Trumbull Point and return.

Or walk the route with other Folks on Foot and enjoy the fresh salt air and scenic views. 

Six rest stops along the route offer water, fruit and snack bars. Restroom facilities are also available at points along the ride. Return to Fowler Field and relax with lunch, awards and entertainment.

Come out for the exercise, fun with friends and family and the pleasure of doing something good  for your community!  Folks on Spokes -Foot offer a unique opportunity for novice, seasoned and professional cyclists, 5K enthusiasts and walkers to join together to promote mental wellness!
