Run Like A Hero

• Run Like A Hero:- Run 3.1 Miles

"Run Like A Hero", the third annual 5k run/walk and kiddie fun run, was created to raise awareness of the need for organ donation. This race is dedicated in loving memory of Caden Bowles and others who have lost their battle waiting for organ transplants. Run Like A Hero will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016. Proceeds from this event will support The Indiana Donor Network for organ donor awareness as well as transplant research and will honor individuals who have received their gift and those who are still anxiosly waiting for their hero to come forward.

The race will be starting on the street of Aboite Center Road. You will head West on Aboite Center Road and turn North on Eggeman Road. The race will continue by going East on Covington Road. From Covington Road you will go South on Homestead Road. The final turn will take you into the driveway in front of Summit Middle School where the finish line will be located.

There will be two packet pick ups. One will occur on Sunday, June 19th from 10am - 1pm at Emmanuel Community Church (12222 W. Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne). A second packet pick up will be held on Friday, June 24th from 4-7pm at Three Rivers Running (4039 N. Clinton Road, Fort Wayne)
