Steers and Beers 5K Run & Brewfest...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Inaugural Steers and Beers 5K Fun Run and Brewfest is a kickoff to the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo and takes place at the Norris Penrose Event Center. The 5K is sponsored by Dos Equis and will run through Bear Creek Park. This is a hilly park. There will be water station on the course for refreshments. 

The Steers and Beers Brewfest immediately following the 5K features over 75 brewers and distillers, a mechanical bull, cornhole games & the opportunity to purchase food at the concession stands all inside the event center on the rodeo grounds. 

Don't miss this one of a kind Colorado Springs event. Cowboys, running, whiskey & beer! How can you go wrong. With a purchase of the 5K run & Brewfest ticket you save $5.00 on admission to the brewfest.

July 7-8 - Packet pickup at Runner Roost - 121 N. Tejon, Colorado Springs, Co 80903

If you are purchasing a brewfest ticket along with the 5k remember to bring your ID. You will be carded before the 5K

Event Schedule: 

Course Info - hilly course through Bear Creek Park. Escape routes will be provided if you opt to not finish the entire 5K. 

Arrival Info: Race day registration will begin at 9am. Please arrive early to get parked, pick up your packet and get warmed up 

Parking Info: Parking will be provided free of charge at the Norris Penrose Event Center

What to bring: WATER, Sunscreen & more water. If you will be going into the brewfest bring your ID. 

What to wear: There will be awards for the best female/male costume. Come prepared!
