Family Alliance of Paulding Roots in the Mud OCR 5K Run...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Family Alliance of Paulding Roots in the Mud obstacle course race 5k will be a fun event for the entire family. Our race will take place at the OCR King Compound. The course will include difficult obstacles for those experienced OCR racers and easier obstacles for beginners/kids. We also have a 1 mile Fun obstacle course geared towards kids age 5-8.

Register by July 1st to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Event details and schedule

The day will begin with a competitive wave at 8:00am.  Awards for the Competitive: Overall Male & Female 1st, 2nd, & 3rd. Open waves every hour starting at 9:30 until 2:30. A 1 mile Kid fun course will be ran at 11:30 for our 5-8 year old runners. 

Finisher medals for all participants. All waves are limited to 50 participants. 

Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your wave start time.

Parking information will be updated as soon as we have all the details worked out. 

Waivers will be required by both participants and spectators and will be available at the event check in table. Spectators will need to pay a fee to attend and will have to stay in the designated areas. Spectator fee breakdown: Under 11 free; 12-15 $3.00; 15 & older $5.00. May be purchased with race registration or the day of the event. 

A team competition is available to any that would like to create a team. We will have an overall team winner from all the open waves. Awards for this category will take place after the finish of the last wave.
