Snip"z Hair Studio will be offering 5 free haircuts gift cards for adults or children on race day, and on July 23 Snip'z Hair Studio will host a Back to School Bash where students will receive free school supplies and haircuts for $10 from 9:am to 1 pm or while school supplies last.
