The Foot Rx Family Trail Series - The Herd takes to the Trails!

The Foot Rx Family Trail Series will take place every Satruday Morning at 8:30 am in July on the campus of Asheville School.  This series will offer a 1k and 5k trail running course for families to explore and enjoy trail running together in a fun atmosphere.  Runners/walkers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to come out and enjoy  family running time. 

The Course at Asheville School - is beautiful, rolling, with a variety of terrain.  There will be two distances offered. 

Series participants will receive a shirt.  All finishers will receive a ribbon.  Water and Fruit will be provided.
