Red, White and BOOM 5K Obstacle Course...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Can you run, jump, flip tires, army crawl, maintain balance crossing beams, plus much more? Are you ready for a FUN, physical challenge? Then come help us celebrate the 4th of July and Norfolk’s 150th birthday by participating in the Red, White and BOOM 5K Obstacle Course Race at Skyview Lake hosted by the Norfolk Family YMCA.

Event details and schedule

ADULT 5K COURSE: $25 (ages 18 and up)

YOUTH 5K COURSE: $20 (ages 13-17)

              Race check in: 7:00-7:30 AM  

              Mandatory Race Meeting: 7:45 AM

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, June 29th 12:00 pm (guarantees t-shirt.)

PATRIOTIC COSTUME CONTEST: Prizes will be given to the best dressed male, female and youth!

AWARDS: Trophy given to overall Male & Female. Medals to the top 3 in each age group.
