Night Pop 5K Race 4...

These are live 5K night races in Tempe, AZ with a virtual option offered for those who can’t attend!

Come join AZ Virtual Running for our Night Pop 5K Series and help support the Team Red, White and Blue, a Veteran Support Organization!

We listened to your feedback and created a series of night races for you to enjoy! Each of the four races will feature a unique, custom themed medal that can be collected as a set! We guarantee that you have never seen anything like this before!

Each race will be on the first Friday of the month on the following dates; 5/6, 6/3, 7/1, 8/5 at 8 pm. Plan to stick around until 10 pm for the awards and raffle!

For the last race in our series, check in begins on Friday, Aug 5th at 7:00 pm at Road Runner Sports Tempe, with the run starting at 8:00. The timed course follows the scenic running path along Tempe Town Lake. Age group awards will be presented after the race along with a chance to win a prize in the raffle!

Registration includes a custom themed medal Finishers medal, Race bib, wristband and of course… Popsicles!

Our best deal… Buy the entire series of 4 races for just $90! (That’s still 4 medals! You will need to run the first three on on your own virtually, since those dates has passed!)

Virtual Race option: Can’t make the date? Choose your own day/time to Run Your Race and earn your medal, simply report your time. Money still goes to charity and you get your bling to motivate you!

Event details and schedule

Check in begins at 7:00 pm at Road Runner Sports Tempe. There is no pre-race packet pickup. We meet at the store before going over to the race course. Running lamps are optional as the course is well-lit but glow sticks and party lights are encouraged to make it more fun! Plan to stick around and we will try to end the event by 10pm.
