Bruins on the Run is a fundraising event for the Bear Creek High School athletic and academics foundation.  The run will be at Oak Grove Park in Stockton, Ca.  Oak Grove Park is 180 acres and offers several amenities including paddle boats and aqua cycles to rent.  It offers has several playgrounds and picnic areas.  It also has an 18 hole disc golf course.  The Run will begin at Oaks Pavilion inside the park.  Kids 1K at 8:30 a.m. and the 5k H.S. Students at 8:45 a.m. and 5k at 9:30 a.m.   Come out and enjoy a fun run and help support our local high school students.

Event details and schedule

Bruins on the Run is sponsored by Fleet Feet of Stockton and is scehduled for August 14th, 2016 at Oak Grove Regional Park in Stockton, Ca.  Parking cost $5 per car.  The Run will begin at the Oaks Pavilion.  Entry fee is $30. Students cost is $20.  Kids run cost $10.  Top 3 finishers of each catagory reieve metals.  Start times: 1k 8:45 a.m. 5k H.S. at 8:45 a.m., and 5k 9:30 a.m.  Early packet pick up will be at our Sponsor Fleet Feet of Stockton on Friday, August 12th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.  Race Morning Packet pick up will be from 8:00-8:45 a.m.  High School Students must show school ID.  All entries before July 24th are guaranteed a t-shirt.  PARKING FEE NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION!
