The Mud Mountain 5K Classic and Mile Fun Run is the major fundraiser for the EXCTF Booster Club.  The race itself is run on the official collegiate and high school 5k cross-country course on the beautiful SIUE campus.  The course is challenging, with many rolling hills and is run almost entirely on grass (spikes are allowed).  Mud Mountain is the premiere cross-country running event in the St. Louis area, providing runners the rare opportunity of competing in a true cross-country event.  All of the proceeds of the event go to the EXCTF Booster Club, which helps to support close to 1000 athletes, as it assists in supporting the needs of the boys and girls cross-country and track and field programs at Edwardsville High School, Liberty Middle School and Lincoln Middle School.  Your support to our event and our programs is greatly appreciated.

5K Race begins at 8:00 a.m.

The Mile Fun Run begins at approximately 9:00 a.m. at the conclusion of the 5K.

Early bib number and t-shirt pick up will be held on Friday, July 29 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Cyclery and Fitness Center, located at 2472 Troy Road, Edwardsville, IL  62025.  Remaining bibs and shirts can be picked up at the course on race day.

All females will receive a women's cut t-shirt unless noted otherwise at the time of registration.

Youth t-shirt sizes of youth medium and youth large are available upon request at the time of registration.

Spikes are allowed and recommended if you have them.

Race day registration begins at the course at 6:00 a.m. and the cost increases by $5.  Race day sign up ends at 7:45 a.m.

The event will be timed by Endurance Race Timing.  Results can be found on our website, as well as at www.enduranceracetiming.com.

Please park in the designated parking lots on University Drive.  Do not park along roads.
