Dr. Ed Morgan/Kiwanis Grand Slam 4 Miler Run/Walk 2016...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Scenic four mile course starts and finishes at Louisville Slugger Field with one loop around Waterfront Park.  Overall male and female get to throw out the first pitch at that nights game.

Registrants will receive a Grand Slam 4 Mile race t-shirt (only the first 400 will be guaranteed a shirt on race day) and one ticket to the Bats game against that evening against the Lehigh Valley Ironpigs and a Vince Coleman/Billy Hamilton dual bobblehead for the first 2000 people in attendance.

The race benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of Louisville and the Heuser Hearing and Language Academy.

Race starts at 8:00 a.m. SHARP!

Pre-race packet pickup and late registration Friday, July 22nd at Fleet Feet Sports, 2239 Taylorsville Rd. from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Late registration and packet pickup located behind Louisville Slugger Field from 7:00 a.m. until 7:45 a.m.

Awards-Overall male and female will recieve a Louisville Slugger baseball bat and will throw out the first pitch at the game that night.  Next two will receive a commemorative Hillerich & Bradsby Louisville Slugger baseball bat.  Top three in each of the following age groups will win awards.  9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 and over.
