Glyndon RESCUE RUN 5K...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

It is time once again for the Annual Glyndon Days Glyndon Rescue Run! Come on out and help celebrate Glyndon Days by running or walking our 5k with friends and family.  This eventis open to participants of all ages and abilities.  The course is a mix of in town paved and country gravel roads.  Participants receive a run T-Shirt with their registration fee and medals are awarded to the top finishers.

This years race proceeds will be put towards the purchase of a "LUCAS" CPR Device  for Glyndon Rescue.  Your support in the event is greatly appreciated and helps us to keep up with the best technology when it comes to providing our community members and the every day passer by with the best medical help when the need is there.

Early Race packet pick up will be at the Glyndon Days Community Picnic Thursday August 11th in Johnson Park from 6pm-8pm.  Same day registration is available from 5:45pm-6:45pm Friday August 12th at the DGF High School Parking Lot.  Race will begin and end at the High School. 

Siren Start to the race at 7pm!

IN ORDER TO GAURANTEE A SHIRT YOU MUST REGISTER NO LATER THAN JULY 10TH.  THERE WILL BE SOME EXTRA SHIRTS AVAILABLE BUT THE EXTRAS WILL BE VERY LIMITED IN SIZE AND QUANTITY.
