Jordyn was diagnosed with Alexander Disease on October 2, 2015. Alexander Disease, a neurodegenerative disease, is caused by a random genetic mutation which affects the nervous system. Developmental delays in speech and gross motor are most common, but because it is so rare, the symptoms of Alexander Disease vary greatly from patient to patient. There is no cure or treatment.  The proceeds of this 5k will go to the family of Jordyn Conn to pay for medical expenses and trips to Philadelphia to be part of a research study on Alexander Disease.

We will begin at Jackson City Park near the ball fields on N. Union St. across from Dollar General.

Raffle Winners Announced: 8:00 AM
Race Begins: 8:30 AM

*Please bring the signed Waiver & Release of Liability with you on race day. No one will be allowed to participate without a signed waiver.
