It's time to register for the 4th Annual Heroes for Hope 5K Run/Walk.  This year we are excited to announce that our race will benefit: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, My Team Triumph DFW, and Heroes for Hope.  We have a new location!  This year we will hold the race at The Shack at Panther Island Pavilion!! We will start the day with a free Kids 1K Fun Run (12 and under) at 7:45am and the 5K at 8:00am.  All levels are welcome! If you can run, walk, or crawl this is your race! We will have free craft beer and root beer, free BBQ and other food, free fresh fruit, free massages, a superhero costume for kids and adults, contest for largest team and largest corporate team, ice cold towels at the water stops, a kids fun zone, and an awesome vendor village (bring extra money for all the cool stuff!). We will have awards for Overall Male and Female, Overall Masters Male and Female, and traditional 5 year age group awards. Our 2016 Ambassador of Hope is Hadley Davis. Hadley is a beautiful 3 year old girl who was diagnosed with Stage IV Hepatoblastoma, liver cancer. Like and share her story on Facebook at My Hadley, Our Hero. Hadley's family will design this year's medals!! Have your HERO's name listed on the back of this year's shirt. SIGN UP AS A FUND-RACER! RAISE $500 AND RECEIVE ENTRY INTO THE VIP TENT. Event details and schedule

The day will start at 6:30am for race day packet pickup and registration. We will have a free Kids 1K Fun Run (12 & under) starting at 7:45am and the 5K will start at 8:00am.  We will play the National Anthem before the start of the 5K and have a balloon release as the 5K starts to honor our "Heroes in Heaven". The course is out and back along the Trinity River with water stops near miles 1 and 2.  We will have water, gatorade, and ice cold towels at the water stops.  Join us for the "coolest race of the summer".
