Brighten the Way 5K is a 3.1 mile glow-in-the-dark walk/run partnered with the American Cancer Society and the Dunn County Fair. The event began in 2013 registering 250 participants and over $5,000 in funds raised, all donated toward the fight against cancer. The race begins and ends at the Dunn County Fairgrounds and explores the Menomonie Technology Park.
Whether you are a fan of the Dunn County Fair, just starting your journey with running, or a seasoned racer, this family-friendly and non-competitive event is a fun way to engage in the community and fight a terrible disease that touches too many of our lives.
