We meet twice per week, and do a variety of running workouts to help each runner build up to their race distance. At least one practice per week is required. We have a lot of fun and welcome all levels; first timers to experienced runners; parents are encouraged to run too! Our meets are on Sundays and usually take about an hour and a half.
