French Creek Half Marathon & 5K Run ~ Results

Presented by the Crawford Area Youth Chamber of Commerce and organized by the Meadville Family YMCA, the French Creek Half Marathon and 5k offers a flat, fast and scenic run on Ernst Trail alongside French Creek and on country roads.

Chip Timed.

All participants will receivey custom swag.  Race shirts are $10 extra.

Packet Pickup is 5-7pm on Friday, September 2nd at Meadville Family YMCA (356 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA).  Race day pickup is at 5:30am at race site.

Race day starts in the Meadville Plaza (near Dunhams/Peebles) with check in and packet pickup.  Half Marathon participants will start in the plaza and proceed West on Rt 322, which will be closed, to Ernst trail.  The course is an out and back on the trail with approximately 4.5 miles on a back country road during the return portion of the race.  Ernst trail is a paved, flat course. The portion on the road has some minor rolling hills.  The race finishes in front of the bowling alley at the beginning of Ernst Trail.  

5k Particpants will complete an out and back and start approximately 10 minutes after the 1/2 marathon.

The half marathon will be sent off in waves according to number of participants and estimated finish time to relieve congestion on the trail.
