Coach Michael MacDonald offers a special, advanced coached track program. This program is for athletes of all abilities interested in incorporating an advanced speed workout into their training program.Coached Tuesday &/or Thursday 5:30am track sessions.This is a program for all levels of athletes looking to incorporate an advanced track workout into their training program. Coached Advanced Track Workout to All Athletes - 7B47 advanced workout.

Adult Track Program

The workout is generally about 7 miles but varies depending on what distance you are training for. We complete the workout as a group and work hard to have fun. This track can be incorporated by your coach into your overall training program or we can provide you coaching options.
