Spay the Stray 5K Run...

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Humane Society Calumet Area (HSCA) and Lan-Oak Park District host the Spay the Stray 5K Run/Walk on Sept. 10, 2016. 

NEW in 2016: Walkers can choose to be timed or not timed, and leashed dogs are welcome to participate in the walk and run (previous running experience preferred). Please make sure dogs are wearing current  rabies vaccination tags. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

The race begins at 9 a.m. with an awards ceremony to follow. All proceeds of the run benefit the spay and neuter surgeries performed at HSCA.

Awards
An awards ceremony follows the race. Awards are presented to the top three runners in each age group, the overall top male and female runners, and the top three walkers.
