Footprints Fitness would like to offer the following program: Couch to 5K Run Training 8 weeks Monday/Wednesday 6:30 pm Participants will build up to a 5K level and prepare for a local race (A practice 5K can be offered if there isn't a race that works) Ages 10-Adult No running experience necessary.
