Join us for the 2016 evolution of the Warrior 196 Memorial 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 10, 2016.  The 5K course will begin and end on the camppus of Eastview High School in Apple Valley, MN.  

There will be a small expo of local, regional and national organizations.  Look for local chapters of Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, (Rosemount, Apple Valley, and Eagan), Operation 23 to Zero, Wounded Warrior Project and local US Army and USMC recruiting personnel.

Packet Pick up:  Run Minnesota - (formerly Run N Fun) Burnsville 

Wednesday/Thursday - Sept 7-8 - 4p - 8p

Friday - Sept 9 - 4p - 6p

You may have a family member or a friend, pick up your packet. 

Race Day - Sept 10 - Race Start time 9a

The course allows strollers, but you are asked to start in the back.  

For safety reasons of all participants, the following are prohibited:  bicycles, inline skates, pets, skateboards, and all motordriven vehicles except for official race vehicles.  Per USATF sanctioning guidelines, the use of personal headphones are not allowed by participants.  

Race is chip timed.  Awards are for overall and age group winners.  Winners will receive custom dog tags.  Results will be posted on the Warrior 196 Leadership Foundation site as soon as possible after the event.  

Parking will be available on the campus of Eastview High School.
