Windmill 5K Run...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Windmill 5K is a challenging course located atop Bean Mountain in Lempster NH. In this 5K you will weave through the first modern, commercial scale wind farm in New Hampshire.

This is a USATF Certified Course! The course is a 5K (3.1 mile) closed course on private property in Lempster NH, located 20 miles from Keene and 10 miles from Newport. Rest assured: it’s all downhill except for when it’s uphill! Start and finish 612 meters above sea level; highest point is 692 meters above sea level and lowest point is 612 meters above sea level.

This year’s race is a afternoon run on Saturday, September 12th, starting at 4:00 and including an awesome after party featuring live music by Flew-z from 3-7:00pm! Racers: Adults - $20.00; kids under 13- $5.00 (After-party included)

Non-racers: $5.00 at the entrance for the after-party

Event details and schedule

Check in and day of registration starts at 2:30.  Race starts at 4.  Come early to check out the site and the view; it is spectacular!  Parking is on the Windmill property.  Directions can be found on the website at www.windmill5k.com.  Be sure to bring warm clothes- just in case...this is New Hampshire after all!
