The Heart & Sole 5k Run/Walk is a fun community event for all to enjoy. Whether you are an avid runner, a casual walker, or anything in between, the Heart & Sole 5k is for you! This annual event partnered with the Town of Irondequoit welcomes all to celebrate with post-race festivities at the Oktoberfest, including awards ceremony, live music, food/drink, and good people! Sign up today!

Event details and schedule

Race day check-in 8am.  Race start is 9am awards to follow the event.  First 200 participants receive a t-shirt and entry into Irondequoit Oktoberfest.  On-site parking available
