• 8.5 mile Bike Ride:- 8.5 mile Bike Ride

Whether you're a novice or an expert, we've got the event for you. The trihoofalon is a three-person team relay race consisting of a 5k running course, 8.5 mile bike ride, and a show jumping round. One member of each team will complete one leg of the relay race. Ready to run, cycle and jump? Do more with each step, pedal and leap by helping to raise money for Sparrow's Nest!

Gather a team of 3 to participate in all events (5K, 8.5-mile bike ride, and horse jump) - $105

DON'T HAVE A TEAM? NO WORRIES! Simply register for an individual event, and we can pair you with other individual participants to form one. Bikes can be rented on site and horse jumpers will be on-hand for those who need to fill positions.

All entrants receive a bib for the timed event, an event T-shirt (must register by July 30th), and the chance to win one of several category-related medals. Stay for the day and enjoy music, kids games and events, bounce house, and great food.

Pre-Registration: Pick up your packet the night before (August 13th) at Crosswinds Equestrian Center from 6-8pm or pick up on-site the morning of August 14th, starting at 7am.

Event details and schedule

You can pick up your Race Packet August 13th (the night before the race) at Crosswinds Equestrian Center from 6-8pm, or you can pick up on-site the morning of August 14th, starting at 7am. Be sure to bring your ID. There's on-site parking...just follow the signs.

Oh, and be prepared to have LOTS of fun!
