Description
Everyone is welcome - men, women and children of all ages. Participants may run or walk the course. Cross Country Teams are welcome! Free T-shirts are given to participants (as long as supplies last.) The top three winners in each age and gender group receive a complimentary mug.

ALL PROCEEDS are given to the Mennonite Central Committee to demonstrate God's love by working among people suffering from poverty, conflict and natural disasters.
