Join us once again for a race through the most SCENIC community in Marion County on Saturday, September 10th, 2016!  This year's Jasper Highlands Race will feature a 5k, 10k AND kiddie K followed by a 5-STAR pancake breakfast! 

Jasper Highlands is located in Marion County just 25 minutes from Chattanooga and is the area's newest PREMIER mountain development - featuring over 9,000 acres of beautiful mountain property with over 21 miles of brow front boasting spectacular views of the TN River and mountain valley.  Runners will experience a run like no other as they traverse their way through this picturesque 5K or 10k course atop the Cumberland plateau. This family-friendly event will include a Kiddie K as well.  Racing begins at 8:00 CDT.  You won’t want to miss the post-race awards celebration immediately after the race –  at Pat's Summitt Pavilion overlooking the Tennessee River Valley. There will be plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment for all! 

Event details and schedule

Race Course:
Runners will complete an out & back course, which will start and finish just beyond Pat's Summitt Pavilion. The Kiddie K will have a separate start immediately following the 5k/10k start. After completing the race, a short, downhill walk will lead runners back to the Pavilion for post-race festivities.

6:45 am – Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup
7:45 am – Race Day Registration Closes
8:00 am – Jasper Highlands 5k /10k Start Time
8:02 am – Jasper Highlands Kiddie K Start Time

Pricing:
5k Race: $25  ($30 on Race Day)
10k Race: $30 ($35 on Race Day)
Kiddie K: $10  ($15 on Race Day)
 

NOTE: The 5k & 10k race will be chip timed. Racers must be sure to wear the provided shoe chip to ensure race time is recorded properly.  

Awards:
Awards will presented to 5k & 10k runners in the following categories:

Top (1) Male & Female:  Overall, Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+) and Senior Grand Masters (60+), Veteran (70+)   

Age group Awards for Top 3 Male & Female:  14 & Under, 15 - 19,  20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49,  50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70+


Results:
The 5k & 10k race will be chip-timed by the Chattanooga Track Club. Results will be posted later on race day: www.chattanoogatrackclub.org/raceResults.cfm

Jasper Highlands is located near the quaint towns of South Pittsburg and Jasper, Tennessee just off  I-24 between Chattanooga and Nashville. Take exit 152B from Chattanooga or exit 152 from Nashville
